Club philosophy and statement:
The purpose of this club is to promote fitness conditioning and all Track & Field events for all ages. Track is a life time sport that helps harmonize and balance the total person.
Coach Ben Zhao has USATF level II certification in all event groups and every year attends level III clinics in throws, sprints, jumps, and distance. Coach Zhao is also a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
